2. Follow the window
Pro = 12 weeks. Elite = 16 weeks. Submit weekly check-ins (photo, weight, lifts, food log).
3. Didn't hit it? Refund.
If you followed the program and missed your goal, email us — we refund 100%, no questions asked.
14-day money-back guarantee
Every Velorian Fitness purchase comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you change your mind for any reason within 14 days of your order, you can request a full refund — no questions asked. After 14 days, subscriptions are cancel-only: you can cancel anytime and keep access until the end of your current billing period, but past payments are non-refundable.
Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, who is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. To request a refund, visit paddle.net with the email you used at checkout, or email us at support@velorianfitness.com and we'll help you.
Goal-based guarantee — the fine print
- • You must submit a weekly check-in for at least 80% of the program window.
- • You must follow the prescribed split and meal plan (with reasonable substitutions).
- • Refunds are processed within 7 business days of approval.
- • Goal must be physically realistic for your starting point — we'll help you set it during onboarding.
